The ultimate goal of the Ladders of HOPE is to bring youngsters to self-sufficiency through education and training. Gainful employment is a significant accomplishment as they start their working careers and stand on their own. HOPE provides career counseling, practice interviewing, job referrals, and other services to its graduates to assist them in this endeavor. Over 85% of graduates secure employment within a year of graduation. HOPE’s graduates are so well trained and motivated that employers often come back to HOPE seeking additional people.
